set up multiple accounts and use those accounts to conduct multiple simultaneous relationships with lots of different people screwing loads of money out of them? and then when discovered to use those same accounts to spread vicious libellous lies against the people in question?

Sounds like Post 1 is complaining about someone but not really willing to register a a formal complaint, for whatever reason.

Yeah. I'd say that's not allowed, though I'd really love to know why you want to know this? Just looking for confirmation? Knowing the reason behind this might take this discussion a little further.

I'd be happy to share my thoughts if I had something more to say than just...yes, i think so?...
assuming you consider yourself to have been the victim of someone who has done just that and are not posting to make sure it's ok so you can do it yourself, if you know of someone who has multiple accounts here then you really should bring it to the attention of one of the cl's so we can look into it further.
While I am certainly not condoning anyone setting up an account to exploit any other user be that financially or emotionally (the latter can be just as damaging to someone who is vulnerable), in terms of someone "screwing money" out of any other user, to be honest as users we should all be responsible for taking care of ourselves, and think carefully about how much we are prepared to give, both financially and emotionally, to users who in all honesty, we can never be 100% sure they are who they say they are until we have met them.
The site is very familliar and it's easy to become complacent and to build a trust with someone, but we do have to remember that this is the internet, and the internet is full of some very plausible liers. Just be careful, especially when thinking about giving money.
throw out some names so that this can be put to a stop if this is going on.

all but the very first of these accounts has been disabled, but the question is why wasn't the user banned? many other people have been (often as a direct result of this user's actions), so is it one rule for some but another rule for others? that's the point i need to stress here, as justice should always be fair and impartial, and the passage of time cannot be used an an excuse, when some are still banned for life, yet others aren't when they should be. the multiple accounts of this user were all disabled by Albanac #520 when he was briefly a cl, at the request of the user herself, in order to try and erase evidence of what had been going on, yet he didn't ban her. maybe you should ask him about it.
In fairness I dont' understand the logic behind creating multiple accounts! I mean in real life do we disguise ourselves when something goes wrong with someone we've got to know in life or whatever no we don't! lol coming on here under different personas is just plain silly! these people are supposed to be adults lol grow up people! lol! and while we are at it the accounts shine, kathia and teenachic are from same person as well!

Yeah. I figured it was something like that. I was gonna say....there was a board a few months back complaining about this alex user, and it was brought up in the same style. Hmm. Accusing people of things and not providing proof is one thing, but doing that while you're guilty of the same thing really makes the cake. Even if you're not guilty of what the last post claims, I do find it a little more than coincidental that a previous board was started about the same user in the same manner.
sometimes people are banned for unfair reasons, for example by a cl who is acting on dishonest information from a particular user who only wishes to cover her own tracks and prevent the truth from emerging. in such cases the victims then have no choice but to come back with different accounts, should they want to speak their mind. other users, however, create multiple accounts with no excuse at all over many years, for the express purpose of deceiving and manipulating people, and yet are still not banned. so my question again is why is it one rule for some and another rule for others.
ask Albanac #520 if you want the truth. he was the one who disabled all her accounts.
